OK...David and I are using MS IE7, but I believe David has a test copy of FF installed. I tried FF and ran into some system incompatibilities, so I uninstalled it.
Try the same process using IE and let us know.

I just loaded up Firefox to check it and it works fine for me.
I totally hate Firefox!  Slow as molasses.
