Welcome to the updated and refreshed Tourette Canada Online Forum!

Tourette Canada Online Forum is a free, safe, moderated online community where registered users can exchange ideas, information and support about issues related to Tourette Syndrome. Tourette Canada has recently changed the server and refreshed the pages so returning members will notice a brighter look. Tourette Canada welcomes back two former moderators, Janet Rumsey and Cathy Wylie, to the Forum. Their knowledge and insight will serve the Tourette Forum participants with dedication and expertise.

We would like to thank the administrators and moderators who have dedicated countless hours to build and maintain the Forum. We look forward to continuing to provide a place for individuals and families affected by Tourette Syndrome and its associated disorders to get information, exchange information with others, and connect with the affiliates and support available across Canada.

    Join us for our first Ask The GreaTS session where we will begin to discuss how to tell your friends, family, teachers, co-workers, and others about your Tourette diagnosis.

    Not sure how to disclose your TS to others? Eager to hear tips and stories from seasoned TS advocates? On Wednesday, May 24, at 7:30pm (EDT), NJCTS will host the first "Ask The GreaTS" session. In the video chat, a group of panelists will share their experiences disclosing their TS to friends, teachers, strangers, and others. Before and during the chat, participants can submit questions for the panelists to answer. The first session will focus on self-disclosure, but future sessions will explore topics ranging from coping mechanisms to dealing with TS in school, college, and the workplace. "Ask The GreaTS" sessions will be held every other month, with panelists sharing personal experiences and tips, while answering questions submitted by viewers worldwide. Register today for the first session!

    Michael has been advocating for others with TS since he was 13 and is a coach at the NJCTS Tim Howard Leadership Academy. Mike is an NJCTS Youth Advocate and has attended the NJCTS Tim Howard Leadership Academy. Ray is passionate about spreading knowledge about TS and is a coach at the NJCTS Tim Howard Leadership Academy.
