    Default Happy New Year!!!!

I hope everyone has had a great holiday and you are looking forward to the new year.

How do you celebrate the coming of the new year?

Sometimes we settle in for the evening and other times we celebrate with friends.

New Years will be quiet, and we'll probably get together with a few friends for an early evening.

As of today we have a tee time for New Years morning, when I don't expect there will be too much traffic, as most people will be sleeping in ;)

In the past we got together with all my sibling and their kids and our parents but two years ago I got really sick so we stayed home. Last year we made the decision to stay home and when the little ones went to sleep we rang in the new year with our oldest and it was a great night. I believe that will be the plan again this year.

    Janet

We've been very fortunate this season having a few good friends drop in and spending time with my neighbor baking and teaching her new recipes.

Today we entertained for the first time and my daughter had a friend over while to boys played an xbox game together.

    Busy but nice.

I hope to put my feet up some tomorrow evening. My daughter has plans to have four girls over. They planned a party but did not have a place to have it, so it is our turn this year.

At least they will be safe and we know where they are..

    Happy New Year everyone!

That sounds like fun, a party with all girls must be a different experience than our parties with all boys.

Hi Kirsten, hope you are enjoying the holidays.
