Default Léa's information: Dietary research and insights on how I treat my TS+

    Introducing Myself:
Hello my name is Léa Otto and welcome to my post. I am a 28 year old woman living in South Eastern Ontario, with Tourette Syndrome Plus. This thread is in response to a desire of many people to find natural or dietary treatment options for people who have TS+ and their families. There is one very large but not well know body of research my mom and I have found and use in our lives. It helps me a lot with my conditions and it helps my mom too, she has a mild tic disorder, OCD and used to have many physiological complications like poor stools, bloating and food sensitivities.

My mom and I have known and utilized these findings for over three years. During that time span the research we've done on it has not stopped. Once you've watched the first link please feel free to ask question and I will answer them as best I can.
