Pixcom Productions is casting a series for a major Canadian network that is currently in development. The series will feature a group of individuals with disabilities who are eager to find work in the restaurant industry, but may have struggled to do so. They will be put through a 4-week training course with a top chef in order to learn the skills needed to work in a restaurant and set them up to enter the workforce!

We are looking to cast people with a wide range of disabilities, ideally people who are starting out in their careers (18 - 25 years old). We are looking for people who have a positive attitude, an outgoing personality, and who would be capable of working long days and can communicate effectively. They can be located anywhere across the country.

Participants selected will not be paid a salary but will get to undergo the training and all expenses (travel, accommodations, etc.) will be covered. Selected participants will be required to move to the site of filming (site not yet determined) for the 4 weeks, and will share accommodations with other participants. We are looking at about 10-12 people being involved in this series.

Please share this opportunity with anyone who might be interested in pursuing a career in the restaurant industry and who would be interested in being part of a television series.

Please contact Taeo Levine directly with respect to forwarding names for casting consideration and/or if they have any further questions. Casting efforts have already begun, so individuals should be put forward as soon as possible. Taeo Levine can be reached at taeolevine1@gmail.com OR 416-274-2760
